TRANQUIL LINES COLLECTION

This collection has been inspired by the quiet moments, the gentle ripple of water in a pond, the swirling breeze through the grasses and the innate beauty of flowers.
The Lucky Fish distilled in my mind as I spent some quiet time on a recent trip to Mauritius. Observing the quiet activity beneath the surface of a koi pond led me to my Lucky Fish design. From my Lucky Fish design evolved Scales and Scales Grande, co-ordinating designs that combined aspects and details to create simple yet complimentary designs.
The Hakone design is an intricate and textured interpretation of the action of wind through grassland. Hakone Grande simplifies the design by scale and conveys a more graphic interpretation.
The florals in this collection are varied, from The Cherry Blossom – which contrasts the graphic strength of it’s stem with the gentle presence of the blossom – the Posy, which combines the beauty of both the Kiku and the Cherry Blossom to create a really delicate floral design, and The Kiku.
Chrysanthemum flower – my muse in this collection – with it’s multitude of petals layered in a busy delicate way.
The Tranquil Lines Collection has eight individually distinctive designs with an intrinsic style that enables them to be mixed and matched across decor surfaces and applications.
